(MULTI) – IATE Term of the Week: inadvertent roaming | TermCoord

From Thursday 15th of June 2017, roaming charges in the European Union no longer apply, meaning carefree traveling and non-stop calling for all mobile users! Nevertheless, for some people leaving at narrow border zones, roaming charges occurred before even if they were staying at home and the question is if they would be also covered under the new regulation. It is in this context that the term “inadvertent roaming” was chosen as this week’s IATE Term of the Week.
